Very good 😊 product and service

The item i purchased is a quality product

Wrong Size and pathetic customer service

I had ordered for 16 inch but it is much bigger in size. On contacting, I was asked whether my laptop is really 16 inch or not as if I would not know it. I even sent an image with the proof via email as well as whatsapp. But there is no reply after multiple reminders. Also, no one receives the call on the customer care number mentioned. Also, funny thing is that in order to replace/return the product, we have to bear the shipping charges and shipping has to be done by us. They don't have pick up service. Overall it was a big mistake to buy from here. Total waste product received and money wasted too.
